1. Who we are

3. Scope
These terms apply to every visitor and user. Specific services (e.g. web design, hosting, SEO) are additionally governed by a written contract / quote; in case of conflict, the specific contract prevails.
4. Permitted use
- Browsing, reading and reproduction of content for personal, non-commercial use is allowed.
- Not allowed: automated scraping beyond standard search-engine crawlers, republication without permission, bypassing security measures, sending spam through forms, or using the services for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, video, code, design, databases) belongs to NXDPRO Solutions or its lawful licensors and is protected by IP law. The names "NXDPRO", "NXDPRO Solutions" and the logo are our trademarks. Third-party logos appear under licence or fair use and remain the property of their owners.
6. Services & quotes
Information about services, example prices and timelines is indicative. A binding quote is issued only in writing after individual assessment.
7. Accounts & security
Where accounts are provided (admin, hosting cPanel, etc.) you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
8. User conduct
You agree not to use our services for: unlawful acts, infringing third-party rights, transmitting viruses / malware, harassment, spreading false information or discriminatory material.
9. Third-party links & services
Our websites may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Meta, OVH, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
10. Newsletter & communications
Newsletter signup is optional and requires your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in every message.
11. Availability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Outages may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXDPRO Solutions is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits/data, business interruption, or damages caused by misuse of website information. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid to us for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify us against any damage or third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services in case of breach of these terms, without notice.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Limassol, Cyprus. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your EU country of residence are not affected.
16. Dispute resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in full force.
18. Changes
We may amend these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
