How much does a website cost in Cyprus in 2026?
What drives the price of a website in Cyprus, what a proper quote should include and which costs come after launch, with our starting prices.
"How much does a website cost?" is usually the first question we hear, and the fair answer is: it depends on what your business really needs. This guide explains in plain words what drives the price in Cyprus in 2026, what should be included, which costs come later, and how to get a quote you can actually compare.
The short answer
In Cyprus you will see offers from a few hundred euros to many thousands. The difference is not only the design: it is whether the site is built for you, whether people find it on Google, whether it brings you customers, and who looks after it afterwards. To give you a yardstick, these are our own starting prices:
- One-page website: from €750. All the basics on one page, in one language, ready in 5 working days.
- Business website: from €2,000. Designed for your business, in Greek and/or English, with SEO setup and your Google Business Profile set up.
- E-shop: from €4,000. Card payments, shipping, and product and order management.
- Advanced e-shop: from €8,000. ERP or stock integration, trade accounts, several languages, large catalogues.
- Custom system: from €6,000. Web apps, customer portals, booking or inventory systems.
- Large platforms: from €15,000. Marketplaces, portals with many user roles, systems connected to an ERP or CRM.
Most of our projects cost €2,000–€8,000. With every new website and e-shop, the first year of hosting and support is included in the price. All prices are on our pricing page.
What drives the price
1. How many pages and languages
A one-page site is enough for people to find you and call you. A business with several services needs a page for each one, so it can appear on Google for everything it actually does. Every extra language, for example English or Russian for customers in Limassol and Paphos, means more content and the right settings for Google.
2. Custom design or a ready-made template
A template is cheaper, but it looks like thousands of other sites and is often slow. A design made for your business looks professional, loads fast on a phone and guides visitors to call, WhatsApp or the contact form.
3. Features
Bookings, customer logins, payments, a link to your accounting software or stock: every feature adds work. When your needs go beyond a simple website, the right answer is usually custom software, not dozens of plugins that break with every update.
4. SEO and Google Business Profile
A website nobody finds on Google is like a shop without a sign. That is why basic SEO (titles, descriptions, speed, structured data, sitemap) and setting up your Google Business Profile are included in the price of our websites. For existing websites, SEO starts from €750.
5. Texts and photos
Good texts and real photos make a big difference. If you have them ready, the work moves faster. If you need help, we put it in the quote from the start, so there are no surprises.
What a proper quote should include
- The pages and features that will be built, listed one by one.
- A design you see and approve before building starts.
- A site that works on phones, tablets and computers.
- Basic SEO and submitting the site to Google.
- Hosting, domain, professional email and SSL (https).
- Training, so you can change texts and photos yourself.
- Who supports you after launch, and at what cost.
If a quote does not mention these, ask before you sign. That is usually where the extra costs hide.
Costs after launch
A website needs care, like any business tool. With us the first year is included. From year two, the yearly hosting and care package costs €340, €360 or €400 a year depending on size (+€50 for an e-shop) and covers domain, hosting, email, SSL, automatic backups, updates and support. No monthly fees and no small print.
Why a cheap website often ends up expensive
A €300 website can look like a good deal, but often nobody finds it on Google, it is slow on a phone, you do not really own it, or it is never updated and becomes a target for attacks. In the end it gets rebuilt from scratch. It is better to start smaller but right, for example with a one-page site, and grow it together with your business.
How to get an accurate price for your business
Every project is different, so we give you a written quote for your project before we start. The price changes only if you ask for something new, and we agree it in writing first. To answer you quickly, tell us what your business does, what you want the website to achieve, and whether you already have a logo, texts and photos.
Want to see yours first? Ask for a free homepage preview: we send it in 2–3 working days. For online stores, see also our guide How much does an e-shop cost in Cyprus. We work with businesses all over Cyprus: Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca and Paphos.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you have one fixed price for everyone?
Because two businesses rarely need the same thing. The starting prices give you a fair yardstick, and the written quote says exactly what you pay for your project.
How long does a website take?
A one-page site takes 5 working days and a business website usually 14–30 days from the day you approve the proposal. For e-shops and custom systems, the dates are in the proposal.
Who owns the website?
You do: the domain, the content and the design. If you ever decide to move to another provider, we hand over your files.
